摘要
学科馆员制度是现代图书馆先进办馆理念和全新服务模式的重要体现,是高等学校学科建设与发展的客观需要,文章以贵州财经大学图书馆为例,论述了高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的意义,以及建设学科馆员制度的具体举措。
