This paper introduces the basic physical situation and main functions of center building for emergency disposal of public healt h emergencies in Jiangsu Province, which is regarded as the command coordination center of provincial health emergency decisions. Besid es, it describes the design concept of system intellectualized to meet the provincial health emergency disposal functions in detail. Finally, i t introduces the projects as well as speciifc implementations that the intelligent system contains of emergency disposal building.
