摘要
通信机房走线架结构既有布线管理的作用,又有支撑全部缆线重量的功能。通信机房走线架多为铝合金构件连接而成,其构件间的直角连接是最重要的连接形式,其力学性能决定了走线架结构的安全。对连接的可能破坏形式以及相应的受力性能进行了理论分析和数值模拟分析,提出了设计建议。
Cable tray structures act as the role of wiring management and supporting weight of cable. Cable tray structures are almost made up of aluminum alloy components. The connection is one of the most important connection forms. The structure and mechanical properties of rectangular component determine the safety of cable tray structures. Firstly,some theoretical analysis and FEM have been done,which are about possible failure modes of connections and the mechanical performances. Then,some design suggestions are given.
