摘要
分析外墙外保温系统瓷砖饰面瓷砖脱落的因素,研制适用于瓷砖饰面保温系统的高性能填缝剂。该填缝剂配比为:粉煤灰25%等量取代水泥,纤维素醚HEMC掺量0.2%,有机硅改性可再分散胶粉VC/E/VL掺量1.5%,硅烷基粉末憎水剂掺量0.3%,高铝水泥掺量为水泥与粉煤灰总量5%。按此配比配制的填缝剂粘结性能、抗折强度、压折比、吸水量、收缩值等指标均符合JC/T1004—2006标准要求。
By analyzing the factors of long-term off of ceramic tiles of the exterior insulation system,flexible hydrophobic mortar satisfied the system is developed. The best mix ratio is: 25% fly ash to replace the cement,0. 2% cellulose ether HEMC,1. 5% disperse powder VC / E / VL of organic silicon modified,0. 3% silane-based water repellent,5% alumina cement by the total of cement and fly ash. The performance indicators of bonding,flexural strength,ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength,water absorbing capacity,shrinkage of grout prepared by the best ratio are far in line with standard JC / T1004—2006.
