摘要
针对目前卷烟生产企业空压机冷却系统存在大量余热,厂区内又有较大用热需求的现状,提出一种新的空压机余热利用系统分析方法。在厂区热平衡分析的基础上,确定空压机的余热利用方案,即通过对厂区内用热需求、余热资源进行量化分析,找出最优化的空压机余热利用方案。
In the air compressor cooling system of cigarette production enterprises,there is a lot of waste heat. On the other hand,plant area has great status in energy demand. It proposes a new air compressor waste heat utilization system analysis method. In this paper,analysis is made based on the heat balance,to determine the heat air compressor using scheme,namely through the plant heat demand,the waste heat resource,to quantitative analysis,find out the scheme of air compressor waste heat utilization optimization.
