The birth of WeChat meets the needs of the majority of users, and in a relatively short period of time it has been of the popular APP. WeChat, as a social media tools, has a large user group and becomes a new way of library reference service. By using the open service interface of WeChat, the paper gives the mplementation of "online librarian", which truly meets the reference needs of users anytime, anywhere
