老年女性脑梗死患者血脂变化的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Old Women with Cerebral Infarctions' Blood-Lipid Change

为探讨老年女性绝经期后的血脂变化特点及动脉粥样硬化血栓性脑梗死 (ATCI)患者的血脂变化 ,选取 96例老年女性动脉粥样硬化血栓性脑梗死患者 (A组 ) ,80例健康老年女性 (B组 )和 90例健康中青年育龄妇女(C组 )分别测定血脂各项指标的变化。结果 :老年女性绝经期后的血脂变化与中青年组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,并且脑梗死组 (A组 )与老年健康组 (B组 )的血脂变化差异具有显著性。结论 :绝经后的老年女性

In order to discuss old women's blood lipid change characteristic after their undergo menopause and Atherothrombotic Cerebral Infarction (ATCI), 96 old women ATCI patients (Group A), 80 healthy old women (Group B) and 90 healthy mid age and youthful childbearing age women (Group C) were chosen to determine all the indexes of blood lipid change. Result: Old women's blood lipid change after their undergo menopause is strikingly different from the group of mid age and youthful women s' ( P <0.01), and the difference between the group of cerebral infarctions' (Group A) and the group of healthy old women's (Group B) blood lipid is notable. Conclusion: The happening of ATCI in old women after their undergo menopause is greatly relevant to lipodystrophy caused by reduction of their female hormone.
