摘要
通过文献调研发现国内图书馆对学科服务用户研究的缺乏,将会影响到学科服务的可持续发展,因此提出用户接受研究的重要意义。运用创新扩散理论剖析图书馆学科服务用户接受的心理和使用的过程,将学科服务用户接受的过程分为知识、决策和使用三个阶段,构建了学科用户接受学科服务的过程模型。提出在知识阶段要注重学科服务宣传,让用户充分了解学科服务;决策阶段要注重学科服务的有用性和可用性设计,注重用户试用体验;使用阶段应不断根据师生用户需求的变化和发展不断进行"二次创新"等。
It is found through literature review that subject service users have been barely studied in Chinese libraries, which may have negative impact on the sustainable development of subject service, so great importance is attached to the research on user acceptance. Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) is applied to analyze the library subject service users' acceptance psychology and using process. The subject service users' accepting process is divided into three stages as knowledge, decision and usage, and the process model is constructed for the subject users' acceptance of the subject service. It is concluded that publicity should be emphasized at the knowledge stage so that the users may fully understand the subject service; the design of usefulness and availability and the users' trial experience should be stressed at the decision stage; and at the usage stage, stress should be laid on constant "second innovation" to keep pace with the change and development of the users' necessity.
