采用变步长斜坡算法的MEPT策略研究

摘要 数字电路能耗主要由动态能耗和静态能耗组成,并且存在一个使电路以最小总能耗工作的电压点。针对传统算法在低电压区追踪速度慢的缺点,提出了一种变步长斜坡算法。利用Simulink建立仿真模型进行仿真,结果表明,与传统算法相比,提出的改进算法在最小能耗点小于0.6V的情况下,不仅可以提高追踪精度和追踪速度,还能大大降低在追踪过程中数字电路所消耗的能量。 The power consumption of a digital circuit contains dynamic power and static power, and there exists a supply voltage to minimize the total power consumption. In order to deal with the disadvantage of the traditional algorithm's slow tracking speed, a novel variable step slope algorithm was proposed. The simulation model was established based on Simulink. The simulation results showed that compared to the traditional algorithm, the proposed algorithm could not only improve the tracking accuracy, but also improve the tracking speed, and greatly reduce the energy that digital circuits consumed during tracking.
