幽门螺杆菌感染及相关胃溃疡中基质金属蛋白酶的水平研究 被引量:12

Study on the level of matrix metalloproteinase in Helicobacterpylori infection and the related gastrohelcosis

摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染及非甾体类抗炎药(NSAID)相关胃溃疡中基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)、9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂1(TIMP-1)的表达及意义,分析MMP-7、MMP-9、TIMP-1等指标在Hp感染及NSAID相关性胃溃疡中的可能作用。方法选择2014年胃溃疡患者90例为研究对象,其中36例为Hp感染(Ⅰ组)、32例口服NSAID药物患者(Ⅱ组)、22例同时伴有Hp感染及NSAID药物双重作用所致(Ⅲ组),另选择同期在医院体检的50名健康者为对照组,检测血清MMP-7、MMP-9及TIMP-1水平,利用SPSS17软件对数据进行统计分析。结果溃疡组血清MMP-7、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Ⅰ组血清MMP-7、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组血清MMP-7、MMP-9、TIMP-1水平差异无统计学意义。结论胃溃疡患者血清中MMP-7、MMP-9、TIMP-1表达增高,并且MMP-7、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达与Hp感染及使用NSAID密切相关。 OBJECTIVE To study blood MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 ,and TIMP‐1level changes in Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection and the relevant gastric ulcer so as to explore the function of MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 in indica‐ting Hp infection and NSAID related gastric ulcer .METHODS Totally 90 cases with gastric ulcer were chosen as study objects in 2014 ,including 36 cases with Hp infection (group I) ,32 cases with oral NSAID (group 2) and 22 cases complicated with Hp infection and application of NSAID (group 3) .Another 50 heath people were chosen as the control group .The level of serum MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 were detected and all data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17 .0 .RESULTS The serum levels of MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 in the ulcer group were sig‐nificantly higher than those of the control group(P 〈0 .01) .The serum levels of MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 in group 1 were significantly higher than those of the group Ⅱ and Ⅲ group(P〈0 .01) .There was no significance in differences of the serum levels of MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ .CONCLUSION The ser‐um levels of MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 of the gastric ulcer patients increased and the serum expression of MMP‐7 ,MMP‐9 and TIMP‐1 is closely related to Hp infection and NSAID .
