陪护家属手卫生培训对住院患者医院感染的预防效果研究

Preventive effect of hand hygiene training of accompanying family members on infections in inpatients

目的研究陪护家属手卫生培训对介入诊疗科住院患者医院感染的预防效果,降低患者感染率。方法选择2013年1月-2015年1月180例在医院接受介入治疗患者的陪护家属,按日期分为对照组和观察组各90名,对照组陪护家属只进行常规住院须知培训,观察组陪护家属接受常规住院须知培训和手卫生培训,比较两组陪护家属的手卫生知识、手部平均带菌量、洗手依从性及患者的医院感染率。结果对照组陪护家属洗手方法、洗手指征、洗手重要性及总分得分均明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组陪护家属的洗手次数和正确洗手次数均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组陪护家属的手部平均带菌量(22.85±6.24)CFU/cm2,明显低于对照组的(773.62±89.73)CFU/cm2,观察组患者医院感染率2.22%,明显低于对照组的5.56%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对陪护家属进行手卫生培训可以增加其手卫生知识、洗手依从性,降低手部平均带菌量,降低介入治疗患者感染率。

OBJECTIVE To study the preventive effect of hand hygiene training of accompanying family members on hospital infections in inpatients in the interventional department ,and reduce the infection rate .METHODS Totally 180 cases of accompanying family members of patients accepting interventional therapy in our hospital between Jan .2013 and Jan .2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group by date ,90 cases in each group .Accompanying family members of the control group were given training of regular admission knowledge ,while the experimental group was given hand hygiene training on the basis of the control group .Hand hygiene knowledge ,hand washing compliance ,average quantity of pathogens on hands of the family members and the hospital infection rate of patients of the two groups were compared .RESULTS The scores of hand washing methods ,indications ,importance of washing as well as total scores in the control group were lower than those in the observation group significantly （P〈0 .05） .The number of washing hands and the number of correct washing hands in the control group were lower than those in the observation group significantly （P〈0 .05） .Average quan‐tity of pathogens of hands of accompanying family members in the observation group was （22 .85 ± 6 .24） CFU/cm2 ,lower than （773 .62 ± 89 .73） CFU/cm2 in the control group obviously .The hospital infection rate was 2 .22% in the observation group ,significent lower than 5 .56% in the control group（P〈 0 .05） .CONCLUSION Hand hygiene training of accompanying family members can improve the hand hygiene knowledge ,hand washing compliance ,reduce the average quantity of pathogens of hands and reduce hospital infections in patients undergo‐ing interventional treatment .
