消毒供应中心去污区个人防护依从性的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of compliance of individual protection in decontamination zone of central sterile supple department

目的调查医院消毒供应中心去污区工作人员个人防护依从性现状并采取干预措施,提高消毒供应中心去污区个人防护依从性。方法选择医院2014年7-12月消毒供应中心去污区人员为调查对象,对比采取干预措施前后,去污区工作人员个人防护依从性。结果去污区工作人员戴圆帽,穿专用鞋、隔离衣,戴口罩、双层手套依从率高,其中戴口罩依从率由干预前的94.5%上升至干预后的98.8%;穿戴防水围裙与护目镜及面罩干预前依从率较低,分别是58.3%与81.6%,干预后依从率提高,分别是95.7%与91.4%;同时,戴双层手套或口罩的依从率也均有提高。结论重视对消毒供应中心去污区工作人员感染控制知识的培训、规范正确使用防护工具、全面落实岗位职责及操作规程、建立监督检查机制,能有效提高消毒供应中心去污区工作人员个人防护的依从性、提高个人防护技能。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of compliance of individual protection in decontamination zone of central sterile supply department （CSSD） and take intervention measures so as to improve the compliance of individual protection in the decontamination zone of CSSD .METHODS From Jul 2014 to Dec 2014 ,the staffs of the zone of CSSD were recruited as the study objects ,and the compliance of individual protection of the study ob‐jects was observed and compared before and after the intervention measures were taken .RESULTS The compliance rate of wearing the round hat ,special shoes ,isolation gown ,mask ,or double layer gloves was high ,and the com‐pliance rate of wearing mask increased from 94 .5% before the intervention to 98 .8% after the intervention .The compliance rate of wearing waterproof apron increased from 58 .3% before the intervention to 95 .7% after the in‐tervention ,and the compliance rate of wearing goggles or mask increased from 81 .6% before the intervention to 91 .4% after the intervention;meanwhile ,the compliance rate of wearing double layer gloves or mask was also in‐creased .CONCLUSION It is an effective way to focus on the training of infection control knowledge of the staff in the decontamination zone of CSSD ,standardize the use of protection tools ,fully implement job responsibilities and operation procedures ,and establish supervision and inspection mechanism so as to raise the compliance of individu‐al protection of the staff in the decontamination zone of CSSD and improve the individual protection skill .
