3M保湿剂对宫腔吸引头手工清洗效果的研究 被引量:7

Effect of medical instrument moisturizer on manual cleaning efficacy of uterine suction curettes:a comparative study

摘要 目的评价医疗器械保湿剂对宫腔吸引管内壁干涸污渍清洗效果的影响,为改善管腔类器械的清洗质量提供依据。方法 2014年7-8月在北京3所医院收集到符合要求的宫腔吸引管共计126件,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组63件,两组器械均于室温放置1h以上使污渍干涸,随后对照组器械直接进行手工清洗,试验组器械喷上保湿剂反应1h后清洗;采用ATP表面采样棒评价每把器械处理前后管腔内壁的污染水平,并计算处理前后污染水平的差值(ΔlogRLU),比较两组logRLU的均值。结果对照组与试验组器械管腔内壁的初始污染水平分别为(5.672±0.347)logRLU与(5.692±0.340)logRLU,两组比较差异无统计学意义;对照组与试验组器械处理前后的ΔlogRLU均值分别为(1.469±0.608)logRLU和(2.952±0.462)logRLU,对照组低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用医疗器械保湿剂可有效帮助宫腔吸引管内壁干涸污渍的去除,改善管腔类器械的清洗质量。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of a medical instrument moisturizer on manual cleaning efficacy of dried contaminants inside uterine suction curette ,in order to provide evidence on improving cleaning quality of in‐struments with lumen structures .METHODS Totally 126 pieces of uterine suction curette that met the inclusion criteria were collected during Jul .- Aug .2014 in three hospitals in Beijing ,and were randomly divided into the control group and the investigational group ,with 63 pieces in each group .Both groups of instruments were placed at room temperature for at least 1 hour in order to let the contaminants dry out .After drying ,the control group directly went through manual cleaning ,while the investigational group was pre‐treated with a moisturizer for 1 hour before manual cleaning .Contamination levels of the interior wall of each curette before and after processing were evaluated using ATP surface test .Differences in contamination levels before and after processing (abbrevia‐ted as ΔlogRLU) were calculated and compared between the two groups .RESULTS The initial contamination levels of the interior wall of the curettes were (5 .672 ± 0 .347) logRLU and (5 .692 ± 0 .340) logRLU for the control group and the investigational group ,respectively .There was no difference between the two groups .The meanΔlogRLU before and after processing was (1 .469 ± 0 .608) logRLU and (2 .952 ± 0 .462) logRLU for the control group and the investigational group ,respectively .ΔlogRLU of the control group was significantly lower than that of the investigational group (P〈0 .01) .CONCLUSION Using medical instrument moisturizer can effectively con‐tribute to the removal of dried contaminants inside the uterine suction curettes ,thus improving the cleaning quality of instruments with lumen structures .
