医疗废物容器清洁消毒后使用时间的调查

Investigation of the using time of medical waste container after sanitation and disinfection

摘要 目的评价医疗废物容器清洁消毒后的使用时效,探寻最佳的清洁消毒后使用时间,以降低医院感染率的发生。方法 2014年3月-2015年3月以科室为单位抽取医院10个临床层流病区使用的医疗废物容器500件次,按随机数字表法分为7-8月组、10-12月组,每组各250件次,比较医疗废物容器清洁消毒后使用7、14、21、30d的ATP数值检测。结果不同使用时间ATP检测数值,在7-8月组使用后的医疗废物容器检测合格率1~14d为100.0%、21d为90.0%、30d为84.0%;在10-12月组使用后的医疗废物容器检测合格率1~21d为100.0%、30d为92.0%,两组清洁消毒后均达到外观清洁的效果。结论临床病区的医疗废物容器在使用后携带病原菌,应加强清洁消毒的检查与检测,定期进行医疗废物容器的清洁消毒,为临床合理制定医疗废物容器的清洁消毒制度提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effective time of medical waste container after sanitation and disinfection so as to investigate the best and most effective time of using the containers and reduce nosocomial infections . METHODS From Mar .2014 to Mar .2015 ,totally 500 medical waste containers ever used in 10 clinical wards were selected from all departments .They were divided into July -August group and October -December group with 250 containers each according to random number table .Quantitative values of ATP at the 7th ,14th ,21st and 30th day were compared after the sanitation and disinfection of medical waste containers .RESULTS In July -Au‐gust group ,the qualification rate of medical waste container after use from 1st to 14th day was all 100 .0% ,at the 21st day it was 90 .0% and at the 30th day it was 84 .0% .In October-December group ,the qualification rate was 100% from the 1st day to 21st day ,92 .0% at the 30th day .Both groups had clean appearance of the containers . CONCLUSION Clinical waste containers in clinical endemic area carry pathogens hence need to be cleaned and dis‐infected regularly .This essay provides references for clinical rational system of sanitation and disinfection of medi‐cal waste containers .
