电子舌在六神-β-环糊精组合物掩味研究中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究使用电子舌技术测定六神-β-环糊精组合物苦味掩盖效果的可行性。方法:采用Alpha MOS公司研发的电子舌测定不同六神-β-环糊精组合物的相对苦味。选择不同溶剂和不同时间采用超声提取法研究六神-β-环糊精组合物中蟾酥有效成分的提取效果。测定不同组合物中蟾酥有效成分的包合率并将其与各处方的相对苦味掩盖效果进行比较。结果:电子舌可以区分工艺不同处方的相对苦味掩盖效果。乙酸乙酯和甲醇可分别作为超声法提取六神-β-环糊精组合物中未包合及全部蟾酥有效成分的溶剂。结果表明各组合物中蟾酥有效成分的包合率和电子舌相对苦味掩味效果趋势一致。结论:Alpha MOS公司研发的电子舌可以用于中药处方研究过程中的相对苦味掩盖研究。 Objective: To assess the feasibility of using electronic tongue( e-Tongue) for evaluation of taste masking efficiency during formulation development of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: E-Tongue manufactured by Alpha MOS was used to measure the relative bitterness intensity of different formulations of Liu-Shen-β-cyclodextrin combination. Ultrasonic extraction with different solvents for different time was used to study the extraction of active composition of Venenum Bufonis from Liu-Shen-β-cyclodextrin combination. The inclusion rates of active composition of Venenum Bufonis of different formulations were measured and compared with the corresponding bitterness masking efficiency. Results: E-Tongue could differentiate the relative bitterness intensity of different formulations. Ethyl acetate and methanol could be used in the ultrasonic extraction to extract active composition of uninculsion and all Venenum Bufonis from Liu-Shen-β-cyclodextrin combination,separately. The inclusion rates of active components of Venenum Bufonis and the bitterness masking efficiencies of different formulations showed the same tendency. Conclusion: E-Tongue manufactured by Alpha MOS can be used to measure relative bitterness intensity during formulation development of traditional Chinese medicine.
