摘要
民国时期,国民政府设置了少数民族事务的管理机构,设计了边疆教育发展的总体规划。对于少数民族考生,大学招生采取保送的方式,蒙藏班是其照顾政策的具体体现,且给予优厚的经济补助。国民政府的招生照顾政策的出台程序较为规范,法治化程序较高,以照顾性为主、优惠性为辅,在感情上加深了少数民族同胞与中央政府的关系,为社会的稳定作出了贡献。
In the period of Republic of China,the national government set up a management mechanism of ethnic minorities.It designed overall planning of the development of the minority education.Minority students were guaranteed acceptance to university.Good examples were the Mongolian Class and Tibetan Class.Students in these classes also enjoyed generous financial aid.The national government's favorable policies were well regulated and legally performed.The favorable policies emotionally deepened the relationship between the Minorities and the Central Government,thus contributing to the stability of the society.
