As an important part of higher education in China,new local undergraduate universities bear the essential task of the development of regional economy.Under the background of national economic transformation and industrial upgrading,new local undergraduate universities must renew their college-running concepts,have a clear college-running orientation,accelerate the readjustment of majors,reform personnel training modes,strengthen the construction of double-professional teachers and make policy arrangement as well as system design so as to realize transformation and development,and thus further provide personnel support and intellectual guarantee for the development of regional economy.
