校院合作是实现高职护理专业人才培养目标的重要途径,但在合作过程中也存在着诸多问题,需要政府部门的参与和协调。我校通过基于政校企合作平台的临床学院的建立和运行,解决了高职院校扩招后师资队伍不足的难题。通过"校内教师实践化,校外教师教学化"提高了教师的教学能力,培养出适应岗位需求的护理人才,保证了毕业生的就业。通过校院合作开发科研项目,提升了团队的科研能力,使校院合作达到了共赢。

The estabfishment and operation of Clinical College based on government - school - enterprise cooperation platform in our school solves the problem of teaching staff shortage after vocational colleges＇ enrollment expansion. ＂Promoting practice in intramural teachers and promoting teaching in extramural teachers＂ can improve the teaching ability of teachers, wain qualified nursing personnel to meet the needs of hospital nursing jobs and ensure the employment of graduates. Developing research projects on school- hospital cooperation can enhance the research capacity of the team and school- hospital cooperation to achieve a winwin situation.
