摘要 目的:探索Seminar教学法在提高高职护生自主学习能力中的作用。方法:将90名高职护生分为实验组30人和对照组60人,在母婴保健课程中分别进行Seminar教学和传统方法教学,比较2组期末考试成绩、自主学习能力总分及自身前后的差异。结果:实验组护生期末考试成绩(82.73±5.89)分、自主学习能力总分(148.03±21.69)分均高于对照组;自主学习能力总分,实验组研究后高于研究前(P<0.05),对照组研究前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Seminar教学法可提高高职护生的自主学习能力。 [Objective]To explore the role of seminar teaching in improving vocational nursing students' self- directed learning ability. [Method]90 higher vocational nursing freshmen were divided into experimental group of 30 and control group of 60.In the maternal and child health course,the experimental group was received seminar teaching method,while the control group students were taught with the conventional method. Final exam score and self- directed learning were compared in the end of the semester. [Result]The final exam score( 82. 73 ± 5. 89) and self- directed learning ability score( 148. 03 ± 21. 69) of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group. When making comparisons before and after the study,the experimental group had a significant result( P 0. 05) while the control group did not.( P 0. 05). [Conclusion]Seminar teaching approach could improve vocational nursing students' self- directed learning ability.
