摘要
目的:了解社区护理人员对循证护理相关知识的认知程度及实践状况。方法:对6家社区卫生服务中心的150名护理人员进行问卷调查,了解护理人员对循证护理知识的认知和实践情况。结果:不同学历的社区护理人员对循证护理的了解情况存在差异(P<0.05);社区护理人员对循证护理知识的认知程度较低;影响社区护理人员获取循证护理知识的首要原因是忙于工作而缺乏时间学习;但大部分社区护理人员对学习循证护理知识感兴趣;仅少数人员在临床护理工作中有实践循证护理的经验;"难以读懂英文论著""不擅长统计学""没有时间阅读资料或研究相关内容"等致使社区护理人员的循证技能较差。结论:社区护理人员缺少循证护理相关知识和实施循证护理的技能不足,宜通过加强获取信息能力的培养,提升学历,以提高社区护理质量。
[Objective] To acquire the cognition and practice of evidence- based nursing of community nurses.[Method]150 nurses in 6 community health care agents in Jiaxing were investigated about the cognition and practice of Evidence- based nursing a self- designed questionnaire. [Result] W ith different education background of nurses,there was significant difference in cognition and practice for Evidence- based nursing( P 0. 05). The knowledge of Evidence- based nursing was generally deficient in com m unity nurses. Though these com m unity nurses were busy at work and had no tim e to learn which were the m ain cause of lacking Evidence- based nursing knowledge,m ost of them were interested in learning Evidence- based nursing. Only a fewnurses had the experience of Evidence- based nursing in their clinical practice. Unable to understand English articles,being short of statistic technique and having no tim e in reading papers leaded com m unity nurses to be weak in Evidence- based nursing. [Conclusion] Com m unity nurses are lacked in knowledge and technique of Evidence- based nursing. It was necessary to prom ote the cognition and practice ability by strengthening education,developing the ability in acquiring inform ation to increase the nursing quality.
