泪道探通加注融化典舒眼膏治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效观察

The effect of lacrimal and thawing Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic ointment filling on chronic dacryocystitis

目的:探讨泪道探通加注融化典舒眼膏治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:观察98例131只眼慢性泪囊炎患者,先用泪道冲洗把泪囊积聚的脓性分泌物冲出,再行泪道探通,探通后注入融化典舒眼膏。治疗后进行为期6个月的随访治疗。结果:经6个月随访治疗后,131只眼中78只眼获泪道疏通,治愈率59.5%(78/131);51眼好转,有效率38.9%(51/131);无效2例,总有效率达98.5%(129/131)。结论:泪道探通加注融化典舒眼膏填充治疗慢性泪囊炎效果好,经济方便且安全可靠。

[Objective]To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of lacrimal and thawing Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic ointment filling on chronic dacryocystitis. [Method]98 patients（ 131 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were observed. First,with the lacrimal sac,accumulation of purulent was washed out,and then treated with probing of lacrimal passages and injected thawing Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic ointment. [Result]After six months＇ follow- up,78 eyes were eligible lacrimal and the cure rate was 59. 5%（ 78 /131）. 51 eyes improved efficiency,and the cure rate was 38. 9%（ 51 /131）. 2 cases improved inefficiency. The total effective rate was 98. 5%（ 129 /131）. [Conclusion]Thawing Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic ointment in addition to lacrimal on chronic dacryocystitis is effective,economical,convenient and secure.
