中西医结合治疗前庭大腺炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of Combined treatment of TCM and western medicine for bartholinitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗前庭大腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例前庭大腺炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予以中药内服熏洗配合抗生素治疗,对照组30例单纯采用抗生素头孢唑肟钠、甲硝唑静脉点滴,7天为1疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效,3月、6月、1年观察复发率。结果:治疗组总有效率96.7%,显著高于对照组73.3%(P<0.05),复发率6.7%显著低于对照组36.7%(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗前庭大腺炎疗效满意、复发率低,有临床推广意义。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effects of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） and western medicine for bartholinitis,in order to promote the application of combined treatment of TCM and western for bartholinitis. [Method]60 cases of patients with bartholinitis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were given oral Chinese medicine and fumigation combined with western medicine antibiotics therapy while the other30 cases in the control group were only treated with western medicine antibiotics ceftizoxime sodium and metronidazole intravenous injection. Taking 7 days as a course of treatment,after 2 course of treatment,the curative effect was observed and the relapse rates were observed 3 months,6 monthsand a year later.[Result]The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 7% which was significantly higher than 73. 3% of the control group while the recurrence rate 6. 7% was significantly lower than 36. 7% of the control group.[Conclusion]The combined treatment traditional of TCM and western medicine for bartholinitis of satisfactory curative effect with lowrecurrence rate,which is worth of promotion.
