老年性癫癎的研究进展
摘要
癫癎是一种常见且严重的神经系统疾病，主要是脑部神经元发生异常性放电导致突然、反复、短暂的中枢神经系统功能异常，属于一种短暂性脑功能失调综合征。老年性癫癎是指患者65岁及以上发病的癫癎类型。在此类人群中，癫癎发病率约为134／10万，其患病率约为1．5％，是青年癫癎患病率的2倍。流行病学研究显示，老年人癫癎的发生率明显高于其他年龄组，且发病风险随着年龄增长而增加。
