摘要
信息偶遇也是人类一种重要的信息行为方式,有其规律性。介绍了信息偶遇的概念以及它的考量维度,即参与度和期望值,探讨了影响信息偶遇的四个因素:用户自身特点、信息自身特点、用户问题特点、信息行为环境等,并根据这四个因素,结合新媒体时代的特征,提出了图书馆增加信息偶遇的措施。
Information encounter is a vital information behavior of human beings, and has its rule. This paper introduces the concept of information encounter and its judgement standard: degree of participation and level of expecta- tion, discusses the influencing factor of information encounter: features of readers, features of information, fea- tures of readers' problems and environment, proposes the solutions to how to increase information encounter in libraries.
