正交实验优化超声辅助法提取黑米素工艺

Orthogonal test optimization of black rice pigment extracted by ultrasonic assisted process

摘要 研究并优化超声辅助法提取黑米素的工艺。当超声频率为20 k Hz时,以黑米为实验原料,通过单因素实验研究料液比、浸取温度、pH值、溶液乙醇体积分数和超声功率对黑米素提取率的影响。通过正交实验得到:在超声频率为20 k Hz时,当料液比为1:25、浸取温度为50℃、溶液pH值为2、溶液乙醇体积分数为40%、超声功率为0.8 W/cm2时,黑米素提取率最高,为85.54%。 In this paper, the ultrasonic assisted extraction technology of black rice pigment was studied and optimized. On the premise of ultrasound of 20 k Hz, using black rice as test material, the impact on the extraction efficiency of black rice pigment, solid-liquid ratio, soak temperature, pH value, volume fraction of ethanol of solution and ultrasonic power was studied through single factor test. The conclusion is obtained by orthogonal experiment: On the premise of ultrasound of 20 k Hz, when solid-liquid ratio is 1:25, the soak temperature is 50 ℃, pH value of solution is 2, volume fraction of ethanol of solution is 40%, and ultrasonic power is 0.8 W/cm2, black rice pigment extraction efficiency is 85.54%, which is best.
