摘要
小儿脓毒血症发病率和病死率均高,早期诊断和及时干预对预防不良预后有积极作用。小儿脓毒血症尤其在新生儿或婴幼儿期缺乏特异性临床表现,且目前缺乏准确、敏感的生物学标志物,易误诊和漏诊。代谢组学技术通过对最接近临床表型的小分子代谢物水平的研究,在小儿脓毒血症早期预测、及时干预和降低病死率方面有一定价值。本文就代谢组学技术在小儿脓毒血症早期诊断应用中的研究进展作一综述。
Pediatric sepsis has a high morbidity and high fatality, so early diagnosis and timely intervention is essential for avoiding the poor prognosis. The nonspecific clinical manifestations of pediatric sepsis often lead to misdiagnosis. New metabolomic technology has a potential application value in the early diagnosis, timely intervention and the decrease of fatality of pediatric sepsis through the study of metabolic profile which is closest to the clinical phenotype. This paper reviews the research progress of metabolomics in the early diagnosis of pediatric sepsis.
