组织工程骨修复下颌骨缺损研究进展

Research progress of the tissue engineered bone in repair of mandibular bone defects

下颌骨缺损可引起其相应功能丧失,影响患者生活质量。下颌骨修复重建不仅要求恢复其功能,还需美观,骨组织工程的发展为下颌骨的整复提供了新思路。本文就骨组织工程各要素及其在下颌骨缺损修复方面的研究进展作一综述。

Mandibular defect caused mandibular dysfunction decreases the life quality of patients. Mandibular reconstruction should not only recover its function, but also meet the require of aesthetics. The development of bone tissue engineering provides new ideas for mandibular reconstruction. This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of the key elements in mandibular defect repair and bone tissue engineering.
