摘要
目的 观察戊巴比妥钠静脉注射联合利多卡因局部麻醉在家兔引导骨组织再生模型中的麻醉效果。方法 30只新西兰雄性白兔(2.0~2.7kg)随机分为观察组和对照组各15只,对照组给予质量分数3%戊巴比妥钠经耳缘静脉麻醉,观察组给予质量分数3%戊巴比妥钠经耳缘静脉联合利多卡因下颌骨术区局部麻醉,观察2组兔心率、呼吸频率、病死率、首次麻醉剂量维持时间和麻醉剂量追加次数。结果 观察组兔首次麻醉剂量维持时间[(47.3±1.4)min]明显长于对照组[(31.7±2.1)min](P〈0.05),心率[(165.4±2.0)次/min]、呼吸频率[(56.1±1.4)次/min]与对照组[(165.7±2.3)次/min、(55.8±0.9)次/min]比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);对照组麻醉后死亡2只(13.33%),麻醉剂量追加1次6只,追加2次7只,观察组无死亡兔,麻醉剂量追加1次13只,追加2次2只,2组麻醉后病死率和麻醉剂量追加次数比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 戊巴比妥钠静脉注射联合利多卡因局部浸润麻醉可延长首次麻醉剂量维持时间。
Objective To observe the anesthesia efficacy of intravenous injection of pentobarbital sodium combined with lidocaine local anesthesia in guided bone tissue regeneration experiment in rabbits. Methods Thirty male 2.0- to 2.7-kg New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 15 rabbits in each group. Control group was given anesthetic 3 % pentobarbital sodium by ear marginal vein injection, and observation group was given anesthetic 3 % pentobarbital sodium by ear marginal vein injection in combination with anesthetic lidocaine by mandibular area local infiltration. The heart rate, breathing rate, fatality, initial anesthetic maintenance time, and addition times of pentobarbital sodium were observed in two groups. Results The initial anesthetic maintenance time was significantly longer in observation group ((47.3±1.4) rain) than that in control group ((31.7±2.1) rain) (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences in heart rate and breathing rate between observation group ((165.4± 2.0) beat/ min, (56.1±1.4) time/min) and control group ((165.7±2.3) beat/min, (55.8±0.9) time/min) (P〉0.05). Two rabbits died after anesthesia (13.33%), 6 rabbits were added anesthetic once and 7 rabbits were added twice in control group. No death occurred in observation group, 13 rabbits were added anesthetic once and 2 were added twice. There were significant differences in the fatality and anesthetic addition times between two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Pentobarbital sodium intravenous injection combined with lidocaine local infiltration can prolong the initial anesthetic maintenance time.
