摘要
评论家罗萨琳·克劳斯(Rosalind E.Krauss)对于雕塑的定位依托于雕塑所在场域的特殊性,而场域的选择往往又对雕塑的阐释起到推波助澜的作用。
Sculpture,as a kind of art that may get involved into society and life easily,it also owns the obvious function,had already owned the considerable functional effect in social life for quite a long time.As for society,classical sculpture usually contain the meaning in terms of education and sermon,it owns the aesthetical value initially.When we entered into the period of Modernism,the avant-garde sculpture movement was guided by art historians and artists,in some cases,it no longer satisfy the functionality of society and life.This article discusses the developmental trend of this kind of sculpture,and makes a conclusion that after Modernism.Through the self-correcting,through the involvement of new art history into society,the avant-garde sculpture regained rights of functionality.Now,this kind of functionality is not only owns the simple memorial function,but also includes thinkings about the whole human culture system and living circumstances.
