Folk art is the crystallization of wisdom of Chinese people through their long-period activities of life and production, which embodies the plain view of nature, life and the spirit of creativity of the masses. Yue Yunsheng＇ s clay sculpture is a kind of special case that belonged to Lanzhou clay sculpture. His works express his own understanding towards art, regional culture and life, which reveal his unique exploration about the artistic interests and forms.
