心脑宁胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study of Xinnaoning Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart diseases

目的探讨心脑宁胶囊治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法 70例患者随机分为心脑宁组(n=36)及对照组(n=34),对照组仅予常规西药治疗,心脑宁组采用常规西药加心脑宁胶囊治疗,用药30 d后,观察治疗前后临床症状、心绞痛发作、心电图的ST-T改变,检测超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸等。结果心脑宁组在自觉症状、心绞痛发作次数与持续时间、心电图改善,以及降低超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脑宁胶囊是治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的安全、有效药物。

Objective To study the clinical effects of Xinnaoning Capsule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart diseases of patients. Methods 70 CHD patients were randomly divided into Xinnaoning group（n = 36） and control group（n = 34）, Patients in control group were treated 0nly by routine therapy,while Patients in Xinnaoning group received conventional therapy plus Xinnaoning Capsule for 30 days. The clinical symptoms,angina stenosis,electrocardiogram were observed and high sensitivity C-Reactive Protein（hs-CRP）,Homocysteine（Hcy）were detected before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group,Xinnaoning group had a much better improvement in clinical symptoms,angina stenosis,electrocardiogram and level of hs-CRP,Hcy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinnaoning Capsule has a good therapeutic efficacy and safety for unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart diseases of patients.
