Alirocumab的ODYSSEY临床研究

摘要 在他汀广泛应用的今天,临床实践中仍存在降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)达标率不足的挑战。新型前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(PCSK9)抑制剂Alirocumab可与他汀联用,进一步的降低LDL-C水平,也可单独应用于不能耐受他汀的患者,为降脂不达标以及他汀不耐受患者带来了新的用药选择。本文对Alirocumab正在进行的大型Ⅲ期临床ODYSSEY研究进行了概述。
