This article emphasizes the new trend of nursing in 21st century, introduces the development of clinical nursing services, discusses the present situation and reform of nursing in Hong Kong, especially about the reform of the construction of network management, supervision of the quality of clinical nursing, the transformation of service model, continuing education for the nurses and the plan and evaluation of human resource.
