复方甘草酸苷治疗抗肿瘤药导致肝损害的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin in treating liver injury caused by anti tumor drugs

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷治疗抗肿瘤药导致肝损害的疗效,以供参考。方法临床研究对象是2013年8月~2015年5月收治的抗肿瘤药导致肝损害患者80例,随机分组。对照组采纳常规保肝药物,试验组在常规保肝药物同时给予复方甘草酸苷。对比两组患者的治疗效果、肝功能以及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,试验组肝功能指标明显优于对照组,干预有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组用药不良反应均比较轻微（P〉0.05）。结论在常规保肝药物同时给予复方甘草酸苷干预对抗肿瘤药导致肝损害患者作用显著,可有效促进肝功能的改善,且不良反应较轻。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound glycyrrhizin root in treating liver injury caused by anti tumor drugs. Methods The clinical research object was 80 cases of liver damage caused by anti tumor drugs in our hospital from May 2015 to August 2013. The drug control group adopted con- ventional liver protecting drugs.The experimental group was in the conventional liver protective drugs, and given compound glycyrrhizin. Contrast effeet, liver function, adverse reaction of the two groups. Results After treatment, the liver function index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse effects of the two groups were mild （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Giving compound glycyrrhizic with routine liver protective drugs in the treatment of liver damage caused by anti tumor drugs can effectively promote the improvement of liver function with mild adverse consequences.
