摘要
组织公平是组织环境中很重要的成分,主要包括分配公平、程序公平和互动公平,它能够对员工的工作行为、态度、健康产生诸多影响。文章主要关注组织公平对于员工健康特别是员工睡眠的影响,试图对以往有关这一问题的研究进行全面的概述,以厘清二者之间的关系及可能的作用机制。此外,对这一问题的深入认识亦对企业实践有着借鉴意义。
Organizational Justice is a critical factor existed in organization environment,consisting of distributive justice,procedural justice,and interactional justice. Organizational justice,and its compositions,can exert influence on the employees' behaviors,attitude and health. This article provides a review on the influence of organizational justice on employee health,especially sleeping issues,to clarify the relationship and its potential mechanisms. Practical implications are also discussed below.
