摘要
抽取河南、陕西、山西、新疆等地327名民警心理健康服务人员作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,考察了组织支持、自主性、工作效能感与民警心理健康服务者工作满意度的关系。结果表明:(1)组织支持、自主性、工作效能感与工作满意度两两之间呈显著正相关;(2)工作效能感在组织支持和工作满意度之间具有部分中介作用,工作效能感在自主性和工作满意度之间具有完全中介作用。
Taking 327 police mental health workers from Henan,Shanxi,Shaanxi and Xinjiang' s public security departments as samples,this study used questionnaire methods to investigate the relationship between organizational support,job autonomy,job self-efficacy and job satisfaction of mental health workers. The results showed that:( 1) Among these four variables,there were positive correlations between any two of them;( 2) Organizational support had direct impact on job satisfaction,and it affected job satisfaction through the partial mediation of job self-efficacy; Job autonomy had not direct impact on job satisfaction,but it influenced job satisfaction through the full mediation of job self-efficacy.
