耳穴压豆配合贴敷涌泉穴治疗脑卒中病人失眠的效果观察

Observation on effect of ear seeds with acupoint application on Yongquan for stroke patients with insomnia

[目的]观察耳穴压豆配合吴茱萸冰片粉末贴敷涌泉穴治疗脑卒中病人失眠的效果。[方法]选择60例脑卒中失眠病人,按随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组30例。对照组常规服用阿普唑仑片治疗,干预组采用耳穴压豆配合吴茱萸冰片粉末贴敷涌泉穴治疗。治疗2周后,运用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评定表对两组病人进行评价。[结果]干预组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组PSQI总分改善较对照组明显(P<0.01)。[结论]耳穴压豆配合吴茱萸冰片粉末贴敷涌泉穴有助于改善脑卒中病人失眠症状。

Objective：To observe curative effect of ear seeds combined with acupoint application with Evodia borneol powder on the Yongquan for stroke patients with insomnia. Methods： A total of 60 stroke patients with insomnia were randomly divided into control group and intervention group based on the random number table method,30 cases in each. The patients in control group conventionally took alprazolam tablets,and the patients in intervention group received ear seeds combined with acupoint application with Evodia borneol powder on Yongquan. After 2 weeks, Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） was used to evaluate the results in both groups. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate in intervention group was 93.3% ,while that in control group was 83. 3G. The differences between both groups have statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. The total score of PSQI in intervention group was significantly improved compared with that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Ear seeds combined with acupoint application with Evodia borneol powder on Yongquan was an ef- fective treatment method for stroke patients with insomnia
