不同途径给予盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗小儿肺炎的观察

Clinical Analysis of Different Ways of Ambroxol in Assisted Treatment of Infant Pneumonia

目的:探讨不同途径给予盐酸氨溴索注射液辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果,进一步完善临床用药。方法:选择2011年1月至2013年12月来我院治疗的160例小儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行分析。将160例患儿随机分成4组,分别为实验1组、实验2组、实验3组和对照组,每组40例。对所有的患者进行常规治疗,同时实验1组使用盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入,实验2组使用盐酸氨溴索注射液静脉滴注,实验3组则联合使用2种给药方式,对4组患者的临床效果进行比较分析。结果:研究发现,3个实验组患者的临床效果都明显优于对照组,实验3组的临床总有效率优于实验1组和实验2组。结论:对于小儿肺炎以不同方式给予盐酸氨溴索注射液进行辅助治疗,都会有良好的效果,以雾化吸入联合静脉滴注盐酸氨溴索针辅助治疗小儿肺炎的效果最佳,具有较高的安全性,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of different approaches of ambroxol in assisted treatment of infant pneumonia,so as to further improve the work of clinical medication. Methods： 160 cases of children patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into four groups respectively,such as the experimental group 1,experimental group 2,experimental group 3 and control group,40 cases in each group. Conventional therapy for all patients,while the experimental group 1 had Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation; experimental group 2 had ambroxol intravenous drip; experimental group 3 had a combination of the two ways of administration,and there was the comparative analysis in four groups of patients with clinical effect. Results： The clinical effects in the experimental group 1. 2. 3 were significantly better than that in the control group,and the clinical experiment group 3＇s total efficiency were better than those of experiment group 1 and experimental group 2 There was a significant difference. Conclusion：In children with pneumonia,the different ways of ambroxol adjuvant therapy all will be good results,but atomization inhalation of ambroxol combined with intravenous infusion for infantile pneumonia have best effect and high security,are worth popularizing and applying clinically.
