AP1000钢制安全壳焊接变形研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对焊接变形机理的分析,结合钢制安全壳(简称CV)焊接特性,对CV底封头、筒体和顶封头焊接时的焊接变形控制、底封头/筒体组对环缝错边和残余应力的控制方法进行了研究。分析和实践表明,先内侧打底焊能有效减少棱角度变形;在此基础上,通过调整刚度较小的筒体端,采用适当的焊接方法,对底封头/筒体组对环缝错边和残余应力的控制也有一定效果。
