摘要
根据前人的研究,圆筒体上接管的开孔边缘处既可能包含一次弯曲应力,也可能包含二次应力成分,在应力分类法中,这两种成分的应力评定标准不同。文章使用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,对同一圆筒体上不同外径的一系列接管进行应力计算,结合应力分类法和极限载荷分析法对开孔边缘的应力进行研究,尝试发现其变化规律,提高对该位置应力成分的认知水平,以选择合理的应力评定方法。
According to previous studies,the stress on the edge of large openings may contain both primary bending stress and secondary stress.The stress assessment standards for these two kinds of stresses are different in stress classification method.This paper adopts large universal finite element software to calculate the stress of a series of nozzles with different outer diameter on a cylinder.Combining with stress classification method and limit load analysis method,the paper researches the stress on the edge of large openings.It attempts to discover its change laws and improve the cognitive level for the stress composition of this position so as to choose reasonable stress assessment method.
