摘要
Ω环密封方式广泛应用于高温、高压、临氢等场合,且要求管束可抽出的换热器中。文章结合工程设计实际情况,对采用Ω环作为密封方式的高温、临氢换热器,在换热器主体材料、密封结构设计等方面需要注意的问题进行了分析阐述,提出一种双Ω环结构,这种结构,既可以保证管壳程可以拆卸,又能保证管壳程介质不向大气泄漏,文中所述换热器为煤化工装置中的重要换热器,目前实际工程应用状况良好。
Ω ring seal is widely used in heat exchanger under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure in hydrogen service.Meanwhile,it is required that the tube bundle can be pulled out of the equipment.Combining with practical engineering design,this paper analyzes and expounds the issues that need attention concerning the body material and sealing structure design of the heat exchanger when designing high temperature heat exchanger in hydrogen service with Ω ring seal structure.The paper also presents a double Ω ring structure which can not only ensure that the shell side and the tube side can be removed,but also ensure that there is no leak from the tube shell medium into the atmosphere.The heat exchanger described in this paper is an important heat exchanger in coal chemical plant and currently,the practical engineering application is good.
