摘要
利用ANSYS有限元软件,对不同倾角斜接管与当量径向接管进行有限元应力对比分析,阐述了当轴向斜接管倾斜角过大,其接管与筒体连接处的弯曲应力不能忽略,如采用等面积补强方法进行开孔补强计算会存在一定风险。
Using the ANSYS finite element software,this paper makes stress analysis comparisons between a series of axial inclined nozzles and equivalent radial nozzles.It elaborates on the fact that the bending stress at the connection joint between cylinder and nozzle shall not be ignored when the axial inclination angle of inclined nozzle is too steep.There will be certain risks if the equal area reinforcement method is adopted to calculate the opening reinforcement.
