摘要
为了选出机械密封辅助系统在实际工况条件下合适的密封液,与机械密封及泵送工艺介质有良好的兼容性,对目前四川石化所有泵设备安装的机械密封所使用的密封辅助系统种类及密封液特性进行研究,从泵输送的工艺介质的特性出发,对多种常用的密封液的物理与化学特性进行分析,总结出了密封液的应用场合与环境。为延长机械密封使用寿命,减少设备故障,提高生产效率和产品合格率提供了保障。
In order to select the suitable sealing liquid which has good compatibility to the mechanical seals and pumping process medium for the support system of mechanical seals under actual working conditions,this paper researches on the types of the seal support system and the properties of the sealing liquid.It analyzes the physical and chemical properties of several com monly used sealing liquids from the characteristics of the process medium conveyed by the pump.The paper summarizes the application situations and environment for the sealing liquid.These provide guarantee for extending the service life of mechanical seals,reducing equipment failures and improving production efficiency and rate of qualified products.
