医院实行科主任负责制,给予了科主任相应的责、权、利,同时也需要制定一套考核机制。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院现行的一套考核办法经过两年实践证明是可行的。
The hospital implemented the system that the director is thoroughly responsible for his department, giving the director related responsibility, power, and benefits, while a set of assessment was made. By two years practice, the set of assessment proved to be feasible in the Hospital attached by the Torigji Medical College, Huazhong Science and Technology University.
