摘要
本文主要是在原有的X荧光光谱法测定硅酸盐中的主次量元素方法基础上加以改进,降低了熔样温度,缩短了熔样时间,加入Li Br作为脱模剂,提高样品的流动性,使样品充分的溶解于溶剂中。方法的精密度及准确的上都控制在允许范围内,并将测定数据与化学法进行比较结果令人满意,同时降低了能量消耗并且提高样品前处理的速度和效率。
In this paper, we have improved the method of determining the primary and secondary elements in silicate by X lfuorescence spectrometry, Reduces the temperature of melting sampleshorten the melting time, put the LiBr into the sample as a release agent, improve the liquidity of samples, which make the samples fully dissolved in a solvent. The precision and accuracy of the method are controlled within the scope of the permit, the result of the measurement compared with chemical method was satisifed, reduce the energy consumption and improve the speed and efifciency of sample preparation.
