摘要
石墨烯具有完美的光学特性,如工作波段很宽(可见光到中红外)、响应时间超快(100 fs)、损伤阈值高,而且制作简单、价格低廉、与光纤耦合性好,是光纤激光器实现被动调Q的理想材料。重点介绍了石墨烯饱和吸收体的制作方法,对石墨烯被动调Q光纤激光器研究进展进行了总结,并指出其发展趋势。
Graphene has perfect optical properties, such as low nonsaturable loss, uhrafast response time (100 fs), high damage threshold, and an ultra-broad saturable absorption range which covers the wavelength range from the visible to mid-infrared wavelength region. It is the outstanding material of passive Q-switch for fiber lasers because of the simple manufacture, low price, and good fiber coupling efficiency. In this paper, the manufacture methods of saturable absorber based on grapheme were introduced;the research progress of graphene passively Q-switched fiber lasers was summarized, and the development tendency of this filed was discussed.
