Investigation on Occupational Pressure in University Counselors

辅导员职业压力调查研究,首先基于中国期刊全文数据库中的关于高校辅导员职业研究方面文献进行统计梳理,在量性地了解目前高校辅导员职业研究现状基础上,采用访谈、问卷调查和数据统计分析等社会研究方法进行实证调查和分析,寻找缓解高校辅导员职业压力的策略。

The investigation on the occupational pressure of university counselors was carried out firstly on the basis of the literatures on occupational researches of university counselors from CNKI（ China National Knowledge Infrastructure） to get the statistical data of the Occupation status of university counselors quantitatively. On the above basis, interviews, questionnaire survey, and data analysis have been applied for investigation and analysis to seek strategies of easing the occupational pressure for university counselors.
