现行高校招生体育统考专业测试制度的改革思考

Reform of Contemporary College Entrance Exam System for Enrolling Students Majoring in Sports

采用新制度经济学的理论,对体育统考专业测试制度的生成与变革进行研究。分析认为,体育统考专业测试制度的生成与变革是高校、中学和招生考试管理部门等利益主体基于自身利益基础上理性博弈的结果。我国现行体育统考专业测试制度处于非均衡状态,制度改革与创新能够给高校、体育特长生带来更大的利益。体育统考专业测试制度的改革与创新,应选择强制性与诱致性制度变迁相结合、由中间向两边扩散的方式进行。

Adopting the perspective of new institutional economics, the history of the college entrance exam system for re- cruiting students majoring in sports was reviewed. It was shown that the system had taken the benefits of the colleges, the middle schools and the enrolling departments into consideration. The reform of the system would bring more benefits to the colleges and the students. The reform should be mandatory and should combine induced institutional change.
