基于资源枯竭城市转型的生态文明建设研究——以首批资源枯竭城市为例

Research on the Construction of Ecological Civilization of the Transformation of Resource Exhausted Cities——Examples from the First Batch of Resource Exhausted Cities

生态文明建设既是人类发展的永恒追求,也是党的十八大提出的一项战略举措,尤其对于资源枯竭城市转型具有重大的理论和现实意义。本文以首批资源枯竭城市为主要研究样本,对资源枯竭城市生态文明建设的现状进行了分析,阐释了生态文明建设是资源枯竭城市崛起的必由之路,并针对资源枯竭城市生态文明建设中存在的问题提出了建议。

The construction of ecological civilization is the eternal pursuit of human development,and also a strategic move which has been put forward in eighteenth national congress of the CPC ;especially for the transformation of re- source exhausted cities it has great theoretical and practical significance.This article takes the first batch of resource exhausted cities as the main study sample ,analyzes the current situation of the construction of ecological civilization of resource exhausted cities,illustrates that the construction of ecological civilization is the route that resource exhausted cities must take, and puts forward some adviees to the problems existing in the construction of ecological civilization of resource exhausted cities.
