The realization of the accountability of presiding judge depends on the clarification of the definitions of the main bodies in the judicial power-running mechanisms with relevant values and models,on the recontiguration of their relationship,of the fights and liabilities within and beyond it,and of the peripheral systems and mechanisms of it.To be in full wings throughout the country for the accountability of presiding judge,the building of Chinese government by law must be deepened ,and the modernization of the governance systems and capacities must be propelled.
